Computer Science Education Week (CSEdWeek) is an annual call to action to inspire K-12 students to learn computer science, advocate for equity, and celebrate the contributions of students, teachers, and partners to the field. This year, Computer Science Education Week will take place from December 9–15, 2024, with events and activities aimed at engaging students and educators in the world of computer science.
Computer Science Education Week (CSEdWeek) is the central website coordinated by the Computer Science Teachers Association and Code.org. The site provides resources, event listings, and educational materials for educators and students.
Hour of Code is a global movement that encourages students of all ages to try an hour of computer science during Computer Science Education Week. The website offers a wide range of beginner-friendly coding tutorials and activities designed to introduce students to programming in just one hour.
